Yes — always. Our tortillas and chips are made daily from masa (ground dried corn), not from store-bought flour or pre-packaged tortillas. This is one of the core commitments we have held since day one. Yes — our Mushroom Quesadilla is a fully vegetarian dish and one of the most praised items on our menu. Our al fresco area is open-air and offers a great atmosphere, though please note it can be somewhat noisy from street traffic given our location along Santiago Street.
